8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Purchases from Sugardust are generally final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Customised and personalised jewellery is made specifically according to the customer's request and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to change of mind.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including rights relating to products that are defective, damaged, materially different from what was ordered, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection laws.

9. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Every order is carefully checked and packed before dispatch.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product you ordered, please contact us at sugardusst@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the issue and, where relevant, the packaging.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where required by applicable law.
10. CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom jewellery is created according to the details provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including colours, sizes, names, letters, charms, measurements, and other customisation details.
Once a customised order has entered production, changes may not be possible.
Customised products are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, subject to applicable law.
11. JEWELLERY CARE
Jewellery should be handled and stored with reasonable care.
Exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, cosmetics, sweat, humidity, or other substances may affect the appearance or finish of jewellery.
Sugardust is not responsible for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, storage, or care of the jewellery.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Sugardust website, including photographs, product images, logos, branding, designs, graphics, text, and other original materials, belongs to Sugardust or is used with appropriate permission.
