All sales are final. We currently do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selections, or if you simply no longer want the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us at sugardusst@gmail.com as soon as possible after receiving your order if you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged. Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue so we can review it and determine an appropriate resolution.

Custom & Personalised Jewellery
Custom and personalised jewellery is made specifically for the customer and cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind.
